CELİL HEKİMOĞLU
Celil Hekimoğlu was born on January 10, 1964, in Trabzon. After completing his primary and secondary education, he graduated from Trabzon Commercial High School. Following his military service, he began an active business career. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hekimoğlu Group of Companies.
Celil Hekimoğlu has also held various roles in sports management. He is the Founding President of the Hekimoğlu Doğanspor Club, a position he held for five years. Additionally, he served as a Member of the Trabzonspor Board of Directors, taking responsibility for Infrastructure and Amateur Branches.
As Vice President of the Trabzonspor Basketball Club Association, Celil Hekimoğlu oversaw the team’s successful promotion to the BEKO Basketball League after achieving success in the Second League. During his tenure, the Basketball Club brought two Turkish Championship trophies to Trabzonspor’s museum.
Celil Hekimoğlu is a member of the Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Turkish Foundrymen’s Association, the Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association (TÜSİAD), and the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association (MÜSİAD).
In his professional life, he adheres to the principles of HONESTY, SINCERITY, SERIOUSNESS, and CONTINUITY. Celil Hekimoğlu is married and the father of three children.
